“It was clean, centrally located and had a microwave, fridge and smart tv. It felt safe. No breakfast/room service was available. Accessibility: All rooms are located on the ground floor. There is a ~10cm step up into each motel room, and a smaller ~5cm step up into the bathroom. There are no grab rails in the bathroom/toilet.”

“We had a great stay at Gatton Motel. Check-in was friendly and efficient, the room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the water pressure was excellent. Wi-Fi worked reliably and parking at the door was super convenient. The location is handy for getting around, yet it’s nice and quiet at night. Excellent value and genuinely warm service—would happily stay again and recommend to others. Thank you to the manager/reception lady! You were very helpful and awesome.”

“A simple, no nonsense hotel motel. Rooms were nice and clean and very reasonably priced. Call the hotel direct and you may score a deal. The room had plenty of power points(not very common) and was fairly basic but do was the price so no issues there. Breakfast service is available. There was plenty of coffee and tea. One of the handy points was that the was a sink outside the bathroom as well as inside so handy when more than one person is after the sink. The dining room at the hotel is fairly busy so I recommend booking. We had the small streak both nights we were there and it did not disappoint-tender as! Cheers and enjoy”

“Having stayed in many motels across the world and based on a 3 star system- I rate this country motel against others of the equivalent standard. The service provided by the owner is exceptional and well above others. Nothing is too much. The cleaning staff clearly take pride in their roles. It is smack in the middle of town, everything easily accessible. The rooms vary in layout and cater for all including those with disabilities. There’s a communal area or small outside tables for all rooms. Some rooms are still being upgraded but are always clean. Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are large and rooms are also. Providing you order with the manager the night before, you can get a hot breakfast to kick start your day. Off-road parking is available however with 21 rooms and 19 spaces, some need to park on the adjoining property.”
